What we collect
- Your email — to sign you in via magic codes.
- Goat photos you scan — stored in our object storage; visible to anyone who has the share link, otherwise private to you.
- Family/friend photos you upload — stored privately to your account; used only to match goats against them. Never shown publicly.
- Votes — when someone votes on your broadcast, we store which option they picked, an optional comment, and a fingerprint hash (IP + browser) to prevent duplicate voting. We don't store IPs in plaintext.
- Analytics — anonymous page-view counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies, no tracking IDs, no personal profile.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't show ads.
- We don't track you across the web.
- We don't share your photos with anyone.
AI processing
Animal photos are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for scoring. Neither Cloudflare nor we retain inference data — it's a stateless request.
Deletion
You can delete any animal you've scanned from its page at any time. To delete your entire account and all data, email hi@bakrameter.com — we'll wipe within 7 days.
Where data lives
Everything runs on Cloudflare's global edge network. Object storage is in Cloudflare R2. Database is Cloudflare D1.
